What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.
