Everyone we came in contact with throughout the purchase problem was a pleasure to work with, great attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile to make the buying a new vehicle pleasurable . We had a vehicle flaw on the lt rear door inside lining. The Landers team was not able to clean the flaw, so they said they would get with Ford to replace the flawed inner liner of the door

If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.
