Terrible location - do not go here Poor customer service and long waits best describes this location. They don’t honor appointment times. They are incredibly disorganized. You can never get someone on the phone or to call you back. They do not keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I would not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle alone with this group. In addition to suffering through terrible customer service at the service center, if you go to this location you will have to fight the sales people who pounce on you the second you pull in to the lot. I’ve had sales people trying to sell me a vehicle before I’ve even gotten out of my car. They hover around the entrance like vultures. The service staff can’t be bothered to help you. The facility where you wait is disgusting. It is not clean at all. If you can, drive the extra time and go to one of the other dealerships near here. More
