My wife purchased a New 2022 Hyundai Sonata from these - bedheadisme

My wife purchased a New 2022 Hyundai Sonata from these guys. It had 4k miles on it. Now - 4 years later the wiring harness has melted and because even though when I bought it - it was sold new - they won't honor their new warranty. This vehicle is the worst purchase of our lives. She still owes around 17k for it. Repairs are upwards of 6k. I've already had 4k worth of repairs done. When she sold her old vehicle to them they promised her a payment for her insurance as an incentive for buying from them - but they never sent it until 2 months later. Then they didn't even pay off the car I sold them and it hit my credit. Which they refused to fix.

Don't get service here! - mcguirebrian295

Don't get service here! Run as fast as you can! We got a oil change and they tried to charge us 1400 dollars. If you are woman they will talk down to you and try to take advantage of you. Very sad. They lied and said we needed new windshield wipers for 83.00 just the front. We just put new ones on. Not to mention they tried to sell us new tires and tire plan. We just came in for oil change. Every trip here has been just as bad. They are the only place to service this fairly new vehicle and tried to charge for a dust cover they took off. That was going to be several hundred dollars. They are crooks and should all be jobless.

Purchased my vehicle on line in '17. - aaasr1959

Purchased my vehicle on line in '17. It took me over 2 months to get the title, they talked to you like you were a little kid. Then they sent the tax payment to Albany, NY instead of to me

Honest and easy to deal with...... - muttandjeeps

We drove 2.5 hours to buy a car from these guys, and would do it again. There was no pressure, no nonsense, and no diseption, imagine that! Jeff Payne was honest and knowledgeable. If all used car dealers did business like These guys, car shopping would be a whole lot less stressful...

Quite possibly the WORST dealership that I have EVER - scottandkimspokane

Quite possibly the WORST dealership that I have EVER dealt with. Right after buying the vehicle, I had my check engine light come on. Had the codes read and it was a faulty sensor. So I took it in to their service department and said "hey, check engine light came on and the codes said it needs a sensor".. They had my car for a day, called me and said it was done. Then informed me "it was just low on oil, so we did an oil change". No, it's a sensor that I authorized, not an oil change. Fix the sensor. 4 months later, the water pump goes out so I decide to give them another shot and make an appointment to have it replaced. I was given an appointment for last Tuesday. It's now Monday of the following week, and I still don't have my vehicle back for a 3 1/2 hour job. Called last Friday and was given "it may be done today". Called this morning and was given more excuses as to why it's not done. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. Literally the only person who hasn't lied to me or given me the run around is Lindsay in finance.

Bought a truck for 12,000 it had problems left and right - billycarrier82

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. - Rob A

Start to finish Angie made the process go so smoothly. From the first interaction to the last conversation, she was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. The 2024 Jeep Gladiator was exactly what was represented online! The pricing was fair enough that we came from South East Virginia to make the purchase. They made sure the Gladiator was prepped, clean, and a full tank of gas. Not an easy task as we finalized the deal at 5:30 Friday night and picked it up early Saturday morning. Angie gets an 11/10! We would not hesitate to make a long-distance purchase from them again.

We purchased a used SUV. - judedean

We purchased a used SUV. Our salesman was Eli . He took us on several test drives and was very professional. There was no pressure and for us that was a plus. This the second SUV that we have bought from Audi of Lexington. I would recommend that you give them a try. I think you will be pleased. They detailed our car before we left with it. They also gave us a car fax. We were given a list of things that they had checked and preformed on the car. We are very happy with our purchase.

I first contacted Amy at Digital on Aug 16th about a Honda Pilot. She was very helpful & friendly. As I couldn’t get there for a few days, I’d totaled my 04 Pilot 6/1 & it was almost a 4hr drive, She did let me know that a man put a deposit down on it the next day. I was sad & she said she would call & let me know if he got his financing or not. She did call me as soon as she knew & I put a deposit hold on it until I could get a ride there!! Super Cool! I told her I’d be there the 23rd & she made sure it was clean & sitting in front of the office when I arrived. My Nephew & I gave it a test drive, I was Thrilled to be able to replace my Pilot. Amy got us through all the paperwork in a Fun & timely manner! I highly recommend Digital Auto & especially Amy!!

This place is unprofessional and what you see online is - Mattperkins0311

This place is unprofessional and what you see online is not what the vehicle looks like in person. A lot of the cars on the lot have rebuilt titles and they have been halfway repaired. The Chevy Equinox I got was a rebuilt after being told it just had minor front end damage. Minor front end damage doesn’t make all the air bags deploy and cause the hood to be miss aligned. They will lie and say they told you these things which they do not or they sent an email telling about it which I never saw at all. Stay away from this place. They will take your money anyway they can.

The entire buying process was easy and handled in a very timely manner. Bob is an excellent person to buy a vehicle from. He takes time to answer all of our questions and is never pushy or exerts any pressure to close the deal. We are extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased and will be a returning customer dealing with Bob.

Mo and his sales staff were awesome. - morrison.seth1112

Mo and his sales staff were awesome. They bent over backwards to make me a good deal and worked for hours attempting to get me the best financing possible. I ended up buying a Nissan Armada with relatively high miles and Mr. Mo gave me a 3 month warranty to make me deal more comfortable. It’s been nearly a month now and I haven’t had any trouble and love my new ride. Perfect for a family of 4 with a giant fat dog. Thanks guys. I’ll definitely be back next time to see what you have in inventory.
