I am extremely pleased with the patience and explanations I received from every person i encountered to get the diagnosis, order, and service for the apim replacement for my car. There were times that I misunderstood or they had to repeat second time to this senior citizen and yet they treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They even programmed my Android and Sirius and Bluetooth as I could not even figure out how to do those tasks after the service was completed. Definitely five star service in all aspects.

I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

Now Baumann Ford - Had my mustang at the service dept. for a possible harmonic balancer issue. They confirmed it was bad but chose not to work on the car simply because the OEM part was obsolete. The parts dept. confirmed aftermarket was avail same day and was willing to order the part. Instead they took the diag money and sent us packing. I called the Ford dealer on the other side of town, made the appt and they already ordered the part. Extremely poor service to refuse service and still take my money. I have been in service for many years and aftermarket parts are commonly used in dealerships, even though it changes the warranty. Prior to making our appt we were even told we would need to sign a waiver in order to use aftermarket parts.

Jason, Rob, and Bob, and the rest of the sales staff are very honest and forthright. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership. The service division is also very professional as well. My parents and I were at Bowling Green State University to watch my daughter graduate. The car started making concerning noises on the way back home. We looked up the closest Ford dealership. It was Thayer Ford. We took it there not knowing if they would even look at it since it was a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by Andrew Sergent.
