Had to order a new camera after first visit, even though I knew what the problem was when I scheduled the appointment. Dealership should have known exactly what to order, since they sold the new car to my parents.

It was Friday, and I didn't hear from anyone, and it was after 5 PM. After finding the phone number and working my way through the multiple phone menus, I did contact the service manager. He explained what was done and that it was ready. I discovered emails afterwards, and hadn't realized that emails were sent during the day. I guess that is your preferred standard now? I needed a ride back to the dealership, and that was set up, and understandably there was a little delay. The lady who checked me out looked as though she had had a long day, but promptly did a very good job.

Tanya Armstrong, dealt with you and got a car before and she helped me get started .I was so impressed, by everyone I spoke and dealt with!!! I was approved - and shocked it came back so quickly! My car was delivered in 3 days and delivered in style!!! The trailer - all glass around it was the talk of our little town!lol My son was so impressed, they bought one also from here. He told his brother- in - law, , and they purchased one as well!!! 😁 Thank you for everything, I LOVE MY NEW CAR 🚘 2026 CHEVY TRAXS, I AM SO HAPPY!

Most difficulty I've ever had getting in contact with the Service Advisor on my car. I left multiple messages on 2 separate days asking him to call me. Both times, no response until some time the next day, even though I expressed that I needed to talk to him. They didn't locate the parts that my car needs and didn't seem particularly interested in doing a wider search to find them.

The folks at Reichard were AWESOME! Wade Turner, our salesperson, made the deal with us over the phone, given we were five hours away! Once we arrived, he reviewed the deal and took so much time to answer every single question we had about our new Buick! Eric Heckendorn went over the paperwork with us and explained everything thoroughly. All this on a holiday weekend! We appreciate this dealership so very much…Reichard is the absolute BEST!!

I bought a travel trailer from Holman and I highly recommend them. My salesman was helpful and responsive to my list of things I was looking for in a new trailer. Their selection was second to none. The other salesmen were very helpful. At the walk through all my questions were answered and I was able to test everything I wanted to. The trade in process was easy and they had the best price. When it was time to make the purchase the cashier made the whole process as smooth as silk. I searched for months at many other dealers all over the Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky area but none came close to matching the level of customer service I found at Holman. In fact, it was just by luck I became aware of Holman through an internet search but in the future when I am in the market for any kind of vehicle I will be checking Holman Motors out first. They are an hour from where I live but are well worth the drive.
