He explained why and off set cost of the inspection in price of car. The service department (Jeremy and Kenny) also through and while the Equinox I purchased does need work, the car is safe, I have estimates on repairs and can prioritize. It was a good experience and look forward to the next experience.

Steele Cackowski was the reason we actually purchased these vehicles from this dealership!! I can’t recommend him enough!! I came into the dealership with very limited car knowledge, and to be honest, I was initially intimidated by the entire car-buying process. However, Steele immediately put me at ease with his patience, professionalism, and exceptional communication. He walked me through every step, thoroughly explaining all the details without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His approach was transparent and supportive, creating an environment where I felt completely comfortable asking questions, no matter how basic they might have seemed. Because of that contrast, we are incredibly thankful for Steele and will never buy a vehicle from anyone else.
