I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a - Eric

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check - jf2448

My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check engine light. Every time I go’s in they can’t actually find what’s going on with it. Even though the code reads emissions code. They think they fix it and then it comes back on , they say it must be this problem and then fix it for this amount , then again the check engine light comes on after they say they fixed it. After they fixed it recently again I drove it another 45 miles and now the check engine light it’s back on. I drive a lot of miles for work so it go’s out of Warranty quick but been dealing with this since I bought the truck! I’m over it with them. This is ridiculous that they can’t find and fix a problem or admit this truck has a problem. It’s been in at least 3 times since November plus multiple times before that and costing me thousands of dollars and time and they still can’t fix it. They just keep throwing parts at it and not working. Baker is the worst dealership in Michigan or the USA to deal with and I’m not the only one that thinks this. I will be blowing this up on social media with my friends and family help. If Baker GMC doesn’t take care of this next step will be that I will call my Lawyer and GM.

Bought 75 Eldorado from the Commerce Twp branch. - scola1951

Bought 75 Eldorado from the Commerce Twp branch. Salesman, Chris, gave description of the car via website and e-mail. I hired an inspection service and Chris and the inspector took the car for a ride. The inspector's report confirmed everything Chris said. After I bought the car, with an easy $$ bank transfer, Chris called to say the car was on its way. It took 3 days. The car is even nicer than I imagined, Couldn't be happier.

CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE - geo

CONSUMER SAFETY DEFECT COVER-UP AND FALSIFIED PRE-SALE SAFETY INSPECTIONS. I traded in my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a $7,000 credit and paid an additional $11,000 to purchase a used 2015 Infiniti Q50S from this lot, operating on good faith that their certified 'VPI Value Plus Used Car Safety Inspection' was legitimate. Less than 30 days later, the car suffered a total electrical failure mid-shift because salesperson JAY STECCO’s inventory team installed an incorrect standard lead-acid battery into a platform that requires a Group 35 AGM battery. Worse yet, a subsequent hoist inspection revealed an active, heavy hydraulic steering rack and pinion leak caked in months of black grime. Most shockingly, non-factory copper/brass wiring had been manually twisted around the rubber steering bellows boot to tightly clamp it shut and intentionally trap the leaking fluid to conceal this dangerous drivetrain failure from a buyer prior to sale. Internal dealer service records from June 26 prove their service technicians had this exact car on a hoist for subframe and brake work less than two months ago—meaning they stood inches away from this wire tampering and caked sludge—yet omitted it from the paperwork to deceptively push an unsafe vehicle off the lot. When bringing this physical proof to the showroom floor in person, Used Car Sales Manager NATE VAN RYN admitted fault for the battery by cutting a partial check for the raw part, but completely refused to cover the associated installation labor costs, the hazardous steering leak cover-up, or a tire found with two dangerous embedded metal fragments. A formal auto dealer fraud complaint has been successfully filed with the Michigan Secretary of State Bureau of Information Security and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Jay Stecco, Nate Van Ryn, and Zeigler of Grandville's unsafe, un-inspected inventory.

We have purchased 3 vehicles now from Priced Right. - Rus.caitlyn

We have purchased 3 vehicles now from Priced Right. The last vehicle was to replace a totaled vehicle and we had searched for weeks. We finally ended up with a 2020 Ford Explorer. Right after purchasing we noticed one of the head rests did not work, and we have 4 children and need all 4 back seats. Shortly after that my moon roof began leaking, and now I’m having issues with my transmission. The service manager refused to look at it, as we are over by 500 miles, although we are under the 3 month warranty. I am a home visitor, so I drive more than most.

Dakota was amazing. - Deniselaliberte

Dakota was amazing. He was so helpful and personable. When you have to spend a couple of hours at a dealership (as is always the case) having someone like Dakota really helps the time go by faster and eases the customers stress naturally.

Massive issues buying a new car from them, lots of - AnnoyedSubaru

Massive issues buying a new car from them, lots of service issues, they don't understand what half the accessories I ordered are (they are common accessories). It appears they were purchased by Fox and went downhill right away. Wouldn't recommend. At least I have the car now.

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, - gthiemeyer

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys on Saturday, 10/18/25. My salesperson was Cleveland Baskin. He was awesome- professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made my buying experience pleasant! What I truly appreciated was Cleveland's integrity: no pressure to buy, and if he didn't have an answer to my questions, he did what he could to get them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new vehicle from this Fox location, and I would certainly recommend asking for Cleveland for assistance.

10/10 would shop here again! - Melissa Marshall

10/10 would shop here again! We found our dream car online and George made the entire process of buying it and trading in our old car so easy and seamless. I am so over the moon with our new car! Thank you for everything you did to make this dream car a reality for our family.

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right - jack38m

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

I needed another vehicle. - jane

I needed another vehicle. Trevor was fantastic and took his time even though it took possibly 2 weeks to get a vehicle to me because of circumstances beyond either of our control. After I purchased the vehicle within the 3 days I had sent an email stating a couple of issues that were going on. Today, since I'm replacing the windshield he responded that he was going to speak to service to see if I could get reimbursed! I made sure not to post any reviews until I heard from him! And he stood by his word. If you need a vehicle, talk to Trevor Mcbride in Battle Creek Express Auto! I will definitely be back for the next vehicle!

Just amazing must check out - Ninja

Let me tell u this place is absolutely amazing! I had 5 stores on my list and I came here first. Jon our sales guy was perfect couldn't have asked for a more responsive and dedicated guy. If u go there ask for Jon gaurenteed to give u a great experience. The sales manager was awesome as well he definitely went over and above to make sure we had the perfect car for our family. We could have gone anywhere but ended up leaving with almost a brand new car. All the cars were presented with transparency and everyone from service tech and manager to Jon and the sales manager made this an 5star experience. I can say so much more the fact that they have a play room for our baby to the feel of the lobby and the no pressure no bs and no sales gimicks made it a wonderful experience. I definitely will be sending all my clients and friends to check this place out and will be back for my next car in a few months.

The recent review are spot on, the sales people, - Owen

The recent review are spot on, the sales people, specifically Brandon and Alex, are ruining this family owned dealership's reputation that use to be about service and relationships. We have tried to contact them for weeks just to arrange the purchase of one of the 6 different vehicles that would've worked that they had in stock (AND HAD BEEN THERE OVER 100 DAYS). However, we either got no response, or sly and evasive answers to simple questions. Never could get straight answers or they felt the need to try to tell you how you were wrong. I get it, they want to make huge commissions on both the sales proce and in the finance office, but when you try telling people with 800 credit scores that their interest rate is going to be around 10-11%, that's never going to fly and they will pay cash or get a check from their credit union. However in doing so, the dealership will ghost you because they make no commission when you finance elsewhere or pay cash. Sadly, no managers or owners are apparently involved as NONE of their review complaints have even been responded to. Maybe tgeir dales are so great right now they don't care that customers are going elsewhere because of the way they are being treated. If so, they're the only dealership in America that's happening. Who knows, but best of luck and if you are thinking of buying from this dealership, trust the reviews and do your honework because if they are pressing you to buy a vehicle, it's only because they have such a huge profit marked up that they are dancing the minute you leave the store. This is why the family owned dealerships have all but disappeared and are now owned by huge corporate groups like Group1, Autonation, Sonic Automotive and more.
