I can not say enough about how awesome my whole experience with AutoConnectionZ was! The physical location is called Jim O’Connor Select Auto. That is exactly what it is, select. After arriving to have a test drive, I noticed that every single vehicle on the lot was super clean. The 2019 Honda Odyssey I purchased looked, and drove, like it was brand new. From the first email to driving off the lot was nothing short of professionalism and courtesy at it’s finest. I was given a more than fair amount on my trade in, which I wasn’t planning on doing until Jim made me an offer. The price I paid was roughly 10K less than the ones I was finding in Chicago that were no where near as in great condition. During our conversations, I was told that if they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for that Geoff would have found it for me. Look no further if you want a great deal and an excellent experience.

However, our most recent visit was by far the best experience we’ve had. Our service advisor, Michael Pavone, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael greeted me immediately when I pulled into the service area and took care of everything right away. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the services our vehicle needed. He clearly explained the expected timeline and kept me updated throughout the process. Our car was ready well before the promised time, and all of the work was completed properly and efficiently. Based on this experience, we will absolutely continue bringing our Infiniti vehicles to Berman for all future service needs.
