I took my Highlander in to get the oil changed and the - Neither the great

I took my Highlander in to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. They called me at 11:30 20 AM the next day said it was finished but they didn’t change the oil. They don’t wash the car and they don’t reset the maintenance required so then I got mad. I checked the oil they don’t change the oil so then I had to take it somewhere else and change the oil. The oil was dirty. All they did was rotate the tires and that’s it and charge me $120. I used a coupon otherwise I really would’ve got screwed.

horrible service. A year and 5 months later, same car problem. They won't fix anything but make you keep paying. Managers is horrible too. No longer going to them forever. headquarter is the same also.

Mike Bond was very informative and upfront. The current auto shortage makes things more difficult for consumers and salespeople, but we were treated with respect and honesty. I also appreciate that they are sticking to MSRP in a climate in which they could probably get more. I do not buy toyotas in the town that I live because of the way that I have been treated there in the past. I would make the trip to Bergstrom again for my next purchase. Ask for Mike Bond, and you will get straight answers.
