This dealership had the best service. I worked with Andy the salesman over the phone and was able to come to an agreed price that we were both comfortable with and when I got to the dealer the vehicle was ready to test drive right when I got there at 8 am. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Easiest, best car buying experience.

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot, admittedly I was pretty rushed when I was buying it. The next day I noticed a puddle under the car. I messaged the salesman and called service and they wouldn't do anything for my. The car was under $5000 ($4990) so I took it as it was. The part that gets me the most is that the carfax said that they cleaned the engine and did an oil change too. Didn't notice the power steering pressure hose leak, rack and pinion leak, or engine leak. Incompetent or ignorant? or both? Never buying a car from them ever again. Jim McGraw

Several Years ago I was helping a Friend of mine Sell leather conversions and after market Sunroofs and etc, I had visited about every dealership new and used throughout Two Thirds of Iowa. I pulled into Odebolt and met Mark Hansen. We hit it off and for the past 20 plus years I have purchased my Trucks and my Family has purchased here and have been equally impressed. I know the Dealers in Iowa pretty well and this is where I go. I truly suggest anyone looking for a vehicle make the drive to Odebolt! The owner is strait forward and “Honest” with a lot of integrity. I don’t think you will find a friendlier dealership or get a better deal on a vehicle anywhere.
