This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. Bought an 80k truck from this dealership. Iv had nothing but issues with my truck. Its been there for a month and no one from the dealership has called me to give me any information regarding the issue. Iv contacted warranty department. The warranty department has been trying to get ahold of anybody for weeks and they haven't even responded to the warranty people. Over all horrible experience. They want your business but yet won't take care of you once they gotcha. Do not buy from this dealership. Unless you are OK with making payments on a truck that's not even in your possession. Remember they have not called me at all even though its been there for a month... ill be done with this dealership once I get my truck back...

My brother purchased a used vehicle from AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum, Missouri approximately 5 months ago. At the time of sale, he was explicitly told by dealership staff that the vehicle had no prior damage or body work. This assurance was a key factor in his decision to purchase the vehicle. Recently, he noticed the front bumper pops out while driving at highway speeds. Concerned, he took the car to a certified Kia dealership for inspection. Their technicians informed him that they would not repair the bumper under warranty because there is evidence of previous body work—work that he never authorized or had done. When he returned to AutoCenters Nissan to inform them of this and request that they cover the cost to fix the bumper, they refused to take responsibility, stating it is no longer their problem. This is despite the fact that he was sold the vehicle under the representation that it had no body damage or repairs.

Saw nice looking Honda Accord on website called went over drove it had a caliper bad said it would fixed came back not only 1but both front were replaced also rotors and pads car ran great also gave us place to go for half off alignment witch didn’t have to do then had a problem with paper work but is was all my fault Sam put up with me so if you’re looking for cars and sales go see Sam he will treat you right

Went in, some untrained young man setup our test drive and spent zero time talking about the vehicle. He was more interested in chatting. His name is Tanner. Seems nice enough though. We get back and hand over our paystubs and my co-sign hands over his credit information and an hour later after multiple chats which after the introduction of my co-sign it was like I didn’t exist anymore. Further after this unsatisfying experience I left a review describing my frustrating experience and their lack of professionalism only to have them reply to said review saying I lied about ever attending their lot. I am extremely unsatisfied with this process and will not be doing any further business with them until new management.

The best Experience I have ever had buying a used jeep. Was well worth the 11 hour round trip. From my first phone call to Bob to see if the Cherokee was still in stock I new this was going to happen. The fact that he would hold the jeep for four days without a deposit, and took it on a gentlemans word was a great way to do bussines. Thanks again for your great service.
