After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership. There was no motivation to upsell the customer and I felt welcomed and comfortable the entire time.They honored pre-tariff prices and I was in and out of there with a new car in 30 minutes. Hulett Buick did an outstanding job for us today 10/26/22. We had the front drive shaft on our 2018 Buick TourX drop loose. Towed the vehicle to Hulett and talked to Matt (service Rep) they were busy but fit us in Nick (Service Mgr) got us a courtesy ride with Rick back to our condo (12 miles away) by 2:30pm they called and said they had it ready to go. Came and picked us back up. Rick was great to visit with as we drove back to dealership. Nick then explained that the previous dealership had not locked the front driveshaft in place. They fixed it and said “No Charge”! They could have made up a line of BS and charged us $100 for diagnostics, but he was so happy to help us! I live in Denver but found the exact Chevrolet Tahoe I wanted at Roberts Pontiac GMC inc. located in Kansas City MO, so I spoke with them to find out about the cars condition. By the end of week on Friday we had agreed on a price and that I was going to drive out the following day Saturday and pick it up. So I left denver 5am after driving for eight hours I received a phone call from the sales man at the dealer telling me that the car was there but he was not going to be in but his manager Frank would take care of me. I told him that I was two hours out and looked forward to closing the deal and finally getting the Tahoe. So I drive two more hours pulled up to the lot and there it was the car I had been looking forward to getting for the last ten hours I had been driving. I go to the sales building and introduce myself to Frank. Frank said to me "what car are you here for?", I said "the Tahoe", next he said something that I could not believe. Frank said "I just sold that one" points to a desk and says "they're filling out the paper work now". So after driving 10hrs to get there he tells me that he just sold the car that we had already agreed on a price for. The car that he had spoke with me about on the phone 2hrs before when I told them that I was almost there. Frank pretty much tells me tough $H!T, and walks away from me with out saying anything else. So the dealer could not wait one hour till I got there. Oh yeah I saw how much the lady who got the car paid and it was $1k more than the dealer had agreed on with me some car dealers and there employees are just trash.
