Ron was really great to work with. We came in looking for a used vehicle. Due to our current life situation, we came in with some tight parameters for a vehicle, even knowing there was also a possibility that he wouldn't be able to help us. He did a great job working with us and the dealership to get us into something that was close to our parameters. Throughout our time there, we also chatted with a few other employees, and all were very nice. The honesty & transparency the dealership offered was greatly appreciated. Every time I have to go in for a service appointment, seems like all the time, Baxter employees greet me with a smile and are so pleasant to me. They’re very thorough and explain things to me in a way that’s easy to understand. I don’t leave wondering what just happened lol. On my last visit I worked with, I think his name was, Bryce. He had excellent customer service! He was awesome, good experience working with him! I tell everyone to go here! I used to go to a different Ford location but will wait to get into this location for service if need be.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

reccently purchased a used car from larson motors (sales staff was pleasent and helpful) called in to have a service appointment set up and was scheduled no problem, lounge area was comfortable and had a nice chat with my sales rep and my car was out in no time.

My first time using this dealership for auto repair. 1) The prices for service seem high. This is expected when using a dealer for auto service, but even with that mind, it still seemed high. Although I was contacted in advance about the cost of the bill. 2) In addition, after getting a ride to pick up the car, I find a note on the service ticket saying that a simple problem was found and not addressed. They offered to keep the car another day to address the secondary problem. I was NOT contacted to ask if I wanted this secondary problem fixed while they had the vehicle. 3) When I asked about the reasoning about this, I was told that it wouldn't have been any cheaper to try to share the labor costs. Totally disregarding the inconvience factor of losing your vehicle for an additional day, getting a ride to drop it off, or pick it up.
