Absolutely the worst service experience l've ever had. I brought my car to Cadillac of Memphis for what should've been a normal service, and they held it for two months with almost zero updates. When I finally got it back, there was a deep scratch down the passenger door that wasn't there before. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge or fix the damage. On top of that, my experience with their service director, Chandler Matthews, was extremely disappointing - in my opinion he was very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The communication was nonexistent, the accountability was even worse, and I left with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, let alone a Cadillac.
