Service is good. This was the 2nd time I took my F150 to Wray Ford for service. Both times it was for the AC. I would give them 5 stars except for 2 things. First, it took over a week to get parts. It would not be an issue excepet for my 2nd reason for the 4 stars, communication. I'm not going to name names, but my service tech, while a really nice guy, only called me when the truck was ready for pickup. Before that, despite saying he would call me at least 3 times, I always had to initiate the call. Over all I'm not at all unhappy, but fo 5 stars I don't want to have to be the one who initiates the communications.

Very first time in financing a vehicle, and I have financed many, that I actually walked out 100% comfortable with the entire process! Justin is fabulous. He is patient and no pressure to buy. We were looking for a couple of vehicles and were only going to buy one at the time. He kept us in mind for both options and took great care of our needs. After the sale, he continued to follow up and make certain that we were satisfied.
