I should’ve written this review sooner, but this - shawn Nguyen
I should’ve written this review sooner, but this dealership is amazing. I was blessed to have Mr. Kenneth Page as my sales advisor when I bought my Mazda 3 Hatchback brand new in May 2020. We negotiated hard, but in the end, we got to a number we were both happy with. The entire experience left a great impression on me, and years later, I’m still glad I chose to buy my car here.
Fast-forward to today, and I’ve actually become friends with a lot of the folks there. I modify my Mazda quite a bit, and whenever I bring it by, they genuinely enjoy seeing what I’ve done to it because they’re just as enthusiastic about cars as I am. They’ve even invited me out to check out the new CX-5, and one of the guys who works with their social media invited me to drive a manual Miata since he knows I own a 1993 Miata. Those kinds of interactions are what make this place feel like more than just a dealership. They genuinely seem to enjoy the cars and the community around them.
One little thing I forgot to mention happened in January 2021, about eight months after I bought the car. It was my birthday, and I was going through my emails looking for birthday food promos when I happened to see that Kenneth had sent me a happy birthday message. It might seem like a small gesture, but it stuck with me all these years. Between that, being remembered when I come back, and being invited to experience new cars just because they know I’m an enthusiast, they’ve always made me feel welcome. When you walk into Jeff Haas, you come in as a customer, but you leave feeling like part of their family. That’s why they deserve 5 stars from me.
