My experience at the Autonation Toyota was fantastic. I was suppose to see a Billy for my appointment however it was super busy so I believe it was a Danny who came out to help me. He had given me a realistic expectation of 2 hours for the service I needed, I received a text after only 45 minutes of waiting that my vehicle was ready. When I started my car it started shaking. I went and got Danny right away and he sent it back with a tech, it was discovered that there was a manufacture issue with one of the spark plugs, which they quickly replaced and I was back on the road. I was approached by a gentleman named Richard during my visit to talk to me about trading in my vehicle. He was also very helpful and gave me his card for when I was interested in bringing my car in for trade. I feel the waiting area is comfortable, full of snacks, water, coffee. And I love that everyone seems motivated to help make the experience great.

An abrupt unsuspecting situation created the need to buy a vehicle . Divine guidance put an earth angel sales person, Dorie Robinson, in my path. A smooth course of understanding, compassion, guidance, earnestness and earned trust was what I found in her. I drove out of Don McGill dealership peacefully and satisfied with my new transportation and would ask for Dorie time and again. I recently had a very negative experience with Mac Haik Toyota. After spending $1000 to maintenance my car which was having absolutely no problems, I was left with a severely damaged transmission just a couple weeks after their technicians serviced it. I spoke to the Director of Service, who was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful - he has absolutely terrible customer service skills and was unwilling to show any concern for my problem which now costs nearly $5,000. Do NOT bring your car here. The technicians don’t know what they’re doing, and the guy in charge is the service department is a joke.

Great communication. Some of the work I needed was covered by Toyota and they let me know that I wouldn’t be charged. I only paid for regular maintenance service. It pays to take your vehicle to the dealership.

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

The GM name Luis is not nice to me as a new customer. The story is: I bought tacoma 2015 used and bought home. The mechanical issue came up after 9 days of purchase. I brought my Tacoma to the Keating. Sale person let me talk to him. He said He did not want to fix the issue and spend 200 dollars for diagnostics. I told him it just happened in few days why could you compromised customer. Then he kept forcing me that he could buy back but I have to buy a new one. I told him first I couldn’t afford over 25k and second I like to keep my Tacoma and please just tell me how much to fix also needs his help to lower the fixing cost. He said no without any respect. So bad for this treatment. We brought Tacoma back home and promised never buy from this dealer again. Lesson to learn is if you buy a used car from this dealer make sure you have mechanic with you to avoid problems happening later. Bad lucky for me that I tested around facility but not in the high way and problem came 4 days later.
