At first this was going to be a terrible review, but the sales manager Jason Somers saved his dealership. I won't give all the details, but here is the basic: I offered a fair price on the vehicle I wanted, the salesmen said "impossible". We settled on 500 more and I bought the vehicle. Two hours later I get an email informing me of a price reduction on the vehicle I just purchased! And it was less than the offer I was told was impossible!! You can imagine how steamed I was. Calls and emails to the salesmen were unanswered. I went back to the dealership the next day and talked to Jason Somers, the Sales Manager. He saw right away what a bad move that had been by the dealership, even if it was unintentional. Jason immediately made an adjustment and refunded me the 500. I can't give 5 stars since I should never have had to go through this, so John Elway Chevrolet gets 4 stars, but Jason gets 10!
