Wow what an experience we had with this dealership. Everyone was so friend,y and really made us feel welcome. No pressure to buy that we have experienced at other dealerships. We were extremely satisfied with our sales representative, Aaron Bunderson. He was very professional and very attentive to what type of vehicle we were trying to buy, once we had selected our vehicle, he brought Jason into the mix to finish up the deal. Between the two of them we got the vehicle we wanted, the financing that we needed and more. When everything was done, my wife and I walked out with smiles on our faces, the truck we wanted and just kept repeating to ourselves, what a wonderful experience it was and how amazing the entire staff that we made contact with, made us feel relaxed and important to them. Shout out to Darrel Griffey and his service staff. On a road trip west from Colorado, noticed a concerning noise coming from our 2019 Chevy Colorado truck. After overnight in Pocatello we stopped into Cole Chevrolet and Darrel was most kind to arrange test drive and assess the issue for us, even though their service department was backed up with other customers. I hate shopping for cars. I do most of my homework online before I ever set foot in a dealership. When I had my list of cars I wanted to look at, I set out to several stores to look at and drive each one of them. After two visits to other dealerships (one of which I will NEVER return to ) I went to Kim Hansens. The salesman I met at Kim Hansens (Nathan) was by far the friendliest and least pushy of all of them. I get that a guy has to make a sale in order to get paid, but I think that sale has to be earned through trust. When I told the guys at Kim Hansens that I needed to think about it overnight, they understood and didn't try those tacky lines you see all the time on TV that slimy salesman use to get you to "buy today." Two days later, I was signing papers and drove away with my new car. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance.

I have been so happy with the ease in my car purchase. I did it all online and Darrian and Daydra were quick to reply and easy to talk to. Even post purchase when I have had questions about past car maintenance I still get a prompt reply. It really shows that service matters beyond your purchase.
