Negotiation, contract, financial arrangements were all done online, with incredibly speedy, consistent, clear, and courteous text and email communications. Then Felix Valencia delivered the car and paperwork to my location about 30 miles away, picked up the check, offered orientation to the basics of the car/computer display, and caught an Uber back from Santa Clarita to Simi Valley. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

This has been my dealership to by from since 1998. This is where I gave these guys several truck sales every 2 years or so since 1998. My last visit was one of the worse experiences ever. It’s to bad Bob Cobos isn’t around as much. Time to move on.
