Excellent job! I only trust this dealership to service my vehicles. And they always do a great job. My Service Advisor Evan is the best in the biz, go see him.

Everyone at Mullahey is polite, professional, attentive - captmarcos1

Everyone at Mullahey is polite, professional, attentive and provides excellent service. I’ve bought two vehicles from Mullahey and I wouldn’t want to buy anywhere else. Their service department is great, and Rory and the body shop crew are top notch! I’ve always had great service that I trust was done right.

I’m not sure why they call it “quick lane” I made an - phager26

I’m not sure why they call it “quick lane” I made an appointment for 11 o’clock….I was reminded via text numerous times that my appointment was for 11 o’clock. I arrived 15 minutes early @ 10:45……. My truck sat in the parking lot until 11:30 before they even started on it. Why make an appointment? I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes for my truck to be worked on for 30 minutes. Extremely inconvenient.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Perry Ford! - Odette

I had a truly wonderful experience at Perry Ford! Frank, Jim, Brian, and Maurice were all incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I felt genuinely supported every step of the way. I absolutely love my new Bronco—it’s beautiful, fun to drive, and has everything I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the service I received. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a great experience!

In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took - AnnaRogersRe

In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does.

I came into the dealer Friday, October 18th with my - N74B66TU2

I came into the dealer Friday, October 18th with my brother to look at the Mach-e and Lightning. My overall experience was great. I was greeted by a Salesperson name Oscar who was extremely polite, professional, and listened to all my needs. From the beginning, I explained my brother and I had credit challenges, both due to identity theft and divorce. After test driving the Mach-e, we were presented with the payment based on down and mileage. Both were exceptionally reasonable, and we wanted to continue with the purchase. After the credit was pulled, the manager asked for a co-signer which we knew could be an option. My issue is with the manager. A lecture shortly ensued that we should “Crawl before we Walk”. I took offense to that due to the fact my brother currently drives a Maserati Quattroporte with a 561 payment, I currently drive a i4 with a 997 payment and a 760i with a 1,888 payment. The 550 payment on the Mach-e was less than the cars we were replacing, which those loans/leases are in good standing. The finances are there and it’s clear we can make our payments, yet I felt we were being judged due to the credit alone. I understand it was less than stellar however identity theft was not our fault. If the bigger picture was looked at, the manager would have seen there were multiple paid off cars and other accounts in good standing. We were also told to get a “xxxxty car” and drive that sucker for a year to build positive payments despite already having car credit. The manager preceded to say he understood we were used to the image the Maserati had however we needed to humble ourselves. I told him it had nothing to do with image or else we wouldn’t be sitting in a Ford dealer looking at a subpar electric vehicle. In my opinion, that was crawling before walking especially with the payment being cheaper than the cars we currently had. We explained a xxxxty car didn’t fit our lifestyle as we put 300 plus miles a day on a car and need it to carry equipment for our catering business and telescopes for my astrophysics research. It seemed once the credit was pulled, everyone demeanor changed. We also explained the Maserati no longer served a purpose for the phase of life we were in. We both left the dealer feeling humiliated and embarrassed. Just to recap, Oscar was amazing. My issue is being put down by the managers while going through a life changing event. We were able to secure a Audi e-tron from Lexus Santa Barbara and appreciate them being professional, courteous, and understanding.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer - mmeza521

The sales rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. From start to finish it was very easy no pressure and no hidden fees or surprises. They were upfront about pricing. The finance manager wasn't pushy to try and get us to buy services we didn't want.

I brought in both my Fords for service and also an air-conditioning problem in the cab of my 2013 Edge. One side blowing hot and one side blowing cold while trying to cool down the cab. Everything was taken care of and my experience was excellent.

Christina was most helpful and super friendly last - swfinances

Christina was most helpful and super friendly last weekend when we needed to rent a car for a family 50th wedding anniversary party about 3 hours away. We will certainly recommend Vreeland car rental in Buellton to anyone needing to rent a reliable car for a reasonable price in that area! (We really liked that Bronco Sport too!)

Very frustrating experience trying to purchase a used - austinturner9696

Very frustrating experience trying to purchase a used F-150 from Will Tiesiera Ford. The truck had a known radio/audio system issue, and I was told multiple times over about a week that someone would call me with updates and explain what needed to happen next. That did not happen. I had to keep calling them myself just to get basic information. I later spoke with Chris in sales, who was rude and told me they still could not figure out the issue. I was also told there would be no discount, even though the audio system was not working. After that, I was told by the GM directly that the deal we had discussed at about $31,600 out the door was now void, and the new price was around $34,000. His reason was that I “lagged” and did not jump on the deal, even though I was never clearly told the truck had been fixed. The whole reason I was waiting was because the truck had a known issue and I was waiting on the dealership to follow through. They wanted me to come in person to talk about the deal, but at that point it felt like I would have to go in and beg them to honor a number that had already been discussed, after their own lack of communication caused the delay. The lack of communication, poor follow-through, rude sales experience, and then raising the price after the issue was supposedly resolved made this one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have had. I would not recommend shopping here.
