What a genuinely pleasant surprise in purchasing my 2026 - Jim Parker

What a genuinely pleasant surprise in purchasing my 2026 RAV4. From my very first meeting with Brian Lamb and throughout the entire sales process, every interaction was cordial, relaxed, and enjoyable. Not once did I feel pressured into add‑ons I didn’t want. Brian was consistently friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable about the details of the new vehicle. An additional standout moment was when Brian came to my home - on his day off - to help adjust the rear hatch so it wouldn’t hit my garage door. That kind of dedication is rare. It was, without question, the best car‑buying experience I’ve ever had.

I recently purchased a new truck from Simi Valley Toyota, - Smassie86

I recently purchased a new truck from Simi Valley Toyota, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Rodrigo was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He made the whole buying process straightforward and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Ricardo and Simi Valley Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Really bad experience with Service Department perhaps the - Lopezp0423

Really bad experience with Service Department perhaps the worst. They honestly did nothing to help out with the issues the RAV4 had. In fact they made it worse

My elderly parent accidentally changed the vehicle's - M B

My elderly parent accidentally changed the vehicle's display from miles to kilometers, which caused some concern. He brought the vehicle to DCH Toyota of Oxnard, where Patrick took the time to listen patiently and reassure him. Patrick not only resolved the issue but also addressed another concern involving the tire pressure (PSI) warning light. To make the experience even easier, Patrick arranged a shuttle service so my parent didn't have to wait at the dealership. He truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing vehicle service. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine care for customers make him an invaluable asset to DCH Toyota of Oxnard. Thank you, Patrick, for treating my parent with such kindness and respect.

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra Toyota SLO, and - brent951

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra Toyota SLO, and I wanted to recognize Eddie Torres for making the entire buying process straightforward and easy going. From the beginning, Eddie was honest, fair, and easy to work with. We handled virtually everything through text messages and phone calls after deciding the vehicle I wanted. Once we agreed on the selling price, there were no surprises, no games, and no last-minute changes. When I arrived to pick up the truck, everything was exactly as discussed. There were no attempts to upsell me, no shady tactics, and no pressure to add extras I didn't want. The process was efficient, transparent, and respectful of my time. If you're shopping for a Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for Eddie. His honesty, communication, and no-pressure approach made this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. He earned my business, and he'll be the first person I call when it's time for my next truck. Thanks again, Brent

I bought my parts for my GR Corolla I just bought and - Caleb S

I bought my parts for my GR Corolla I just bought and they helped me order the right parts and best way to install myself. I love to work on my car. Juan sold us the car and he was great.

went to school with David and remembered him as awkward - lvmn004

went to school with David and remembered him as awkward and acting like he was better than everyone else, but people change, so I gave it a chance since I needed a car. Instead, he completely ignored me. That was especially disappointing given how much he claims to give back to the community. It didn’t feel genuine, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The sales department is unorganized, we had to do - Anonymous buyer

The sales department is unorganized, we had to do multiple trips to sign papers because they did not have them all together. Along with that, their service department did not smog vehicle when purchased so we had to take it back after the sale. Also they installed new brake pads on rear of vehicle, but did not replace or turn rotors. Rear brakes are shot after 15,000 miles. Spoke to service department about a warranty on parts etc. Service guy was rude, talked over me while I was trying to ask questions. He stated that Toyota does not offer warranty on parts and they would do nothing. Long story short save yourself and do not waste your time with Toyota of Lompoc for sales or service.
