Brian was consistently friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable about the details of the new vehicle. An additional standout moment was when Brian came to my home - on his day off - to help adjust the rear hatch so it wouldn’t hit my garage door. That kind of dedication is rare. went to school with David and remembered him as awkward and acting like he was better than everyone else, but people change, so I gave it a chance since I needed a car. Instead, he completely ignored me. That was especially disappointing given how much he claims to give back to the community. It didn’t feel genuine, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The sales department is unorganized, we had to do multiple trips to sign papers because they did not have them all together. Along with that, their service department did not smog vehicle when purchased so we had to take it back after the sale. Also they installed new brake pads on rear of vehicle, but did not replace or turn rotors. Rear brakes are shot after 15,000 miles. Spoke to service department about a warranty on parts etc. Service guy was rude, talked over me while I was trying to ask questions. He stated that Toyota does not offer warranty on parts and they would do nothing. Long story short save yourself and do not waste your time with Toyota of Lompoc for sales or service.
