Well.l went shopping out there for a replacement on a 24 Toyota Corolla LE that was already burning alot of oil at 45K .Sold that back to dealer.Then l decided to take a ride out to Honda of Serramonte on my Harley Was in need of a reliable vehicle very soon,since l do Uber.Went to look.Maybe buy.Walked in the door.And boom Saw my new baby was talking to me in the middle of the floor.Take me home.So l did.Bought on the spot.Everyone there was too kind.Very helpful and professional.Felt like one of the family out there.Loving my new Honda sooo much.26-CivicSport.Tnx guys.See u soon.

My oil change was done within the timeframe. I was given, the waiting room was comfortable, and the check up showed I needed no other services. There was no attempt to sell me anything other than the oil change for which I came in.

Sales person was slick but the financing department messed up my contact then made to come and resign. I had an appointment and they made we wait while they sold and financed other cars to other customers. I guess I come last. Johnny in finance is a user and he'll say anything to get what he wants. I can't believe I left work early for this. What a poor experience!

Best experience ever! I have been leasing cars for over ten years, and Manoj "Ron" Guragain from Hayward Honda was spot on. The car that I had agreed upon, a CR-V EX AWD, after many communications, was waiting for me at the front when I arrived. The price quoted was the price given. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at a different Honda dealership the night before. I'm so glad I met Ron. He made the process seamless and was true to his word. That's all a customer asks for: transparency and to be treated with respect... and Ron delivered.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I came in just to take a look at the vehicle and test drive. The last time I bought a vehicle was 5 years ago and I did not have a good experience. I felt like I was pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The salesperson Omar, was very professional, respectful and patient with me, unlike my last experience at another dealership. Also Ron the manager was very nice, and professional! I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.

Bought a new car from them and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. We negotiated a price on the phone, but when I went there in person they made it seem like the price was still the same but it’s not. I was made to pay thousands of dollars more for the car when I only choose this dealer because of the deal that I was supposed to get. When asked about change, they said that they couldn’t do it and that the first seller I talked to was lying, but I was never informed of the new price while in the dealership. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to work with me about changing the price, signing a new contract or something but they just kept putting me on hold. I have got no one picking up my calls for days or the manager picking up and giving me an offer but never following through with it. The last straw was him telling me to come in on a specific day to sign a new contract and was supposedly out for the whole day because he was in an unexpected meeting. I decided to just get a check for the extended warranty that they added without asking (they even told me I can cancel it myself if I didn’t want it, but how could I even do that if they don’t want to submit the paperworks) and when I texted that to the manager, he replied within seconds of my text. That’s when I knew, he was just playing with me and was never really going to do anything. I’m going to take this as an expensive lesson learned and hope no one else will fall for their lies. So my advice with this dealership is don’t do it. You would get cheated, put on hold, played and in the end they don’t care. So don’t buy a car here.

Bait and switch dealer. Made me an offer for my car, had me bring it in and wasted time just to say they cannot come close to their proposed offer. As mentioned they said my car was perfect and found no issues. They just threw out a number to get you to waste your time and get you there so they can lowball you. Every car on their lot had a "markup" package. That tells me everything I need to know about this scam dealership. Stay away!
