Bought a used car from out of state after a video walk-around, exactly as advertised. Everything was very professional. Only thing that could have been done better was the price increased by $5K after I started inquiring. Perhaps market fluctuation is common but still this much adjustment is not really acceptable IMHO. Ultimately they did bring the price back down close to the original advertised price, so I can't complaint too much. Communication was excellent. Staff were all pleasant. Delivery was quite fast.

Five stars, no questions. This is for the Lynnwood location. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I drove over an hour and would gladly do it again. The atmosphere is relaxed with no high-pressure tactics. The finance team gave me fantastic advice and were very quick. The dealership is also very family-friendly- my kids actually had fun here! They enjoyed the snacks and friendly atmosphere. Vasco Rubio deserves special recognition- he’s incredibly kind and it's clear he cares about helping people find what’s right for them. Ask for him- you won't regret it!

Felt slightly hoodwinked when salesman said there was only one key but I could keep one of the keys from the 2019 RX 350 I was trading and the Lexus dealer could simply reprogram the 2019 key to work in the 2022 I was purchasing. That of course is not true so I had to purchase a new key for $450. Other than that, Carmax does a great job overall
