I recently went in to buy my second vehicle from this location. It needed to be ordered. I gave them the original specs that I wanted. I had to re-go over the specs multiple times as they kept forgetting things. They had me deal with two different sales agents who apparently never communicated with each other. [Issue 1: you have to really stay on top of what you are buying and what they are specifying on the order sheet because they will mess up and they will forget.] After a couple conversations I asked them to add/remove items (over the phone). Later on I noticed things were wrong. I went in to get it all straightened out. They said they got it all fixed. Later I was in with my partner and some friends as they were both potentially in the market and wanted to do some test drives. We were talking to one sales rep. She was very nice and helpful at first. At one point my partner said she didn’t want/care about this one luxury feature. The sales rep acknowledged this and moved on. Then another sales rep poked her in the side and gave her a head nod for her to push that feature. After that point she kept bringing it back up. We had to mention multiple times that we didn’t want it. It made us not want to talk to her anymore and not want to talk to anyone that day. My wife started getting DAILY calls & texts about purchasing a vehicle. Even an offer to test drive the exact same vehicle we already had. I also got 2-3 calls/texts per week. I spoke with the manager Robbie about this. He was amazing and helped assure me that it would be taken care of. I also asked to have my wife be switched to my sales agent and off of that one as the constant calling is ridiculous. [Issue 2: highly pressuring sales people who treat the place like a back ally 3 card monte routine. Buyer beware] When the car was ready a random person called me to say I can come pick it up. I had to tell them that "no it’s not ready, there’s things being added at the dealership". He argued with me and eventually I said “hey, I’ve been over this with my sales agents. Items 1, 2, and 3”. He then said “oh ok”. This is just more examples of how they don’t pay attention or communicate with each other. I went in to buy the car and went through the whole process. After it was all done I noticed that an item was in the trunk. I told them I didn’t purchase this and they should take it back. They said don’t worry about it. Consider it a free gift. I thanked them and left. Later I was looking at the final spec sheet and noticed the item was listed. After going back and forth on the phone, I went back in and said hey I didn’t want to buy this. I mentioned it earlier on to take it off the spec sheet. They told me that it’s Toyota policy that if it’s on the spec sheet after a certain date there’s nothing they can do. I told them that I asked to have it removed well before that date. I couldn’t prove it because it was over the phone. Even after the date, I was still asking to have it removed (because they forget things constantly) and they said they would take care of it. Apparently, they didn’t. Even after I explained that the item being on there was their mistake and that it’s just an item in a box (it’s not actually installed on the car), they said their system can’t handle a return. I told them that I don’t want it and that I’ll never use it. They said well you can give it to us if you want but we can’t give you your money back. My sales rep was Nestor. While he was very nice he did forget things a lot that made me need to go in and sit down with them to get it all ironed out. I don’t blame him for the item as I talked to a different person to have it removed and ultimately it’s Toyota or the dealership with this ridiculous “gotcha” policy. In the end, we liked Nestor although you have to stay on top of him This was once a great place, it now feels like a used car dealership. This was a scummy, disorganized experience from start to finish. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible service. Serviced my Toyota at Michael's for 6 years, the same dealer that sold to the original owner (I'm #2). Loyal. Just finished paying for another annual service. Check engine light comes on when I get home. They didn't try to get my service back. Just acted like it wasn't their fault. This place used to be different. The owner's of Michael's actually called to personally offer me a refund once years ago. Right now it feels like that guy is gone.

We went into this dealership concerned it would be another hassle of buying a car but NV VO made a big difference for us in the car buying world. He listened to our needs, he asked what was important to us and he showed us what we wanted to look at. NV VO has really gone the extra mile for us and he made sure we got the deal we wanted. Stay clear of this deceitful dealership. They use the classic bait n switch tactic and are not trustworthy. Inquired about a car within hours of hitting their site and autotrader. Spoke with a person named Misha and tried to secure the car with a deposit and she says she cant because she doesnt have access to the safe. I give her my number and she assures me so will call me the following day to start the process. Less than 20 minutes later I get a text. She apologizes and says someone placed a deposit earlier on it and will be flying in the following day. What? You just said you cant take a deposit! What if I offer over asking? Nope, we have integrity at this dealership she says and we need to follow our buyer policy. Next day comes and I followed up three times. The car is not only still for sale but they raised the price $7,000! No phone call, no text, just utter lies about a buyer coming to get it and a 30% price increase. Integrity? What a farce. 3 stars — Good outcome, but a serious process problem buyers should know about. I'll start with the positives: my 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid arrived on time, the delivery was smooth, and I'm genuinely happy with the vehicle. Salesperson Cohen was helpful and professional throughout. This review is not about him, and it's not about the car. It's about a dealership policy that blindsided me after I had already made significant financial and logistical commitments — and that I believe every potential buyer deserves to know about upfront. When purchasing a vehicle from incoming inventory (factory orders aren't available through Toyota right now), this dealership requires full payment — we're talking $50,000+ — weeks before the vehicle is delivered. Not a deposit. Not a hold fee. The entire purchase price, in advance. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and have never encountered this at any other dealership. After my experience, I called several other Toyota dealers in the greater Seattle area — none of them have this policy. Here's what frustrated me most: this was never mentioned during our negotiations. Days after my first visit, I was contacted and asked to come back in to finalize paperwork and "bring my checkbook" — which any reasonable person would take to mean a deposit to hold the vehicle. It was only at that final visit, at the last minute, that the salesperson disclosed they expected full payment on the spot, weeks before the car would arrive. I asked the finance manager to explain the rationale behind the policy. He was unable to offer a coherent one. The closest thing to an answer was that it was simply easier for the dealership — which, with respect, is not a justification that accounts for the burden placed on the customer. If you're considering purchasing incoming inventory here, ask about payment requirements before you negotiate or commit to anything. The car I got is great. The process of getting it was unnecessarily stressful — and it didn't have to be.
