Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

Drove up to Lynden from Seattle to test drive. - Biggthump

Drove up to Lynden from Seattle to test drive. Eli was great to work with. We haggled a little, but there was no pressure sales pitch. Came down on the price to where I wanted to be quickly. He had financing options that were better than what I had set up prior. Just received an extra key fob in the mail that Eli promised, plus a bonus specialty license plate mount. Next time I need a truck, I will be starting at Bellingham Truck Center.

I bought my Challenger new from Rairdon’s and have all my work done there. My recent visit, facilitated by Richard, was a good example of their excellent service. They are good at estimating the time involved and they have first rate techs.

Everyone hates buying a new vehicle. - Jayme

Everyone hates buying a new vehicle. It's not fun and it's time consuming to say the least. However, Rey at Karmart made the process super easy and painless. I had to get a second car due to my kids schedule changing(we could no longer share a vehicle). From start to finish I was there about 2 hours. I had looked at 2 specific vehicles previously that I was really interested in. From start to finish he was great, and I got one of the ones I wanted. No pushy car salesman tatics,no trying to get me into something I wasn't interested in. He was very upfront with everything. Even the auto insurance team was great. They ran a quote and it came in way higher than what I was paying through my current insurance, and they didn't try to talk me into switching. I would absolutely recommend going to see Rey if you are looking for someone who just dosent only care about commission, but actually building a relationship with you.

What a pleasure it was to work with Emil. - seattlehorizon

What a pleasure it was to work with Emil. I received a wonderful deal on a two year-old car with 5000 miles. At lease return in beautiful condition. My first Mercedes and a droptop as well. Something that’s going to bring me years years of joy. Email went beyond as helpful, patience, assistive to the max. I’d buy from him in this dealership again, but I don’t think I’ll have that need for quite some time. Highly recommended the dealership and my sales manager. Now can you direct me to a a class that will teach me everything. I need to know about this car and that’s a lot.! Suzie

I recently purchased a 2024 BZ4X from Toyota of - Brian

I recently purchased a 2024 BZ4X from Toyota of Bellingham. The sales representative Johan knew the product and was very efficient in completing the process. A test drive and a couple of negotiated items on the final price and I was in documentation. I was equally impressed with Jessica who ran the documentation. She was ready and prepared. The whole process was actually very personable and streamlined.

As usual, Shadix and the crew did a great job. - Bwian

As usual, Shadix and the crew did a great job. I appreciate that Shadix goes the extra mile every single time, from arranging a loaner to explaining the charges. Plus, it’s easy to engage him in a conversation about Volkswagen models.

We drove over 290 miles to buy from Honda of Bellingham. - muleridr

We drove over 290 miles to buy from Honda of Bellingham. My wife and I were very frustrated with our local dealers high pressure, high priced, sales until we expanded our search and found the right vehicle and the right salesperson, Michelle Starkey. Michelle was like a (very busy) family member. The price and details were upfront without hidden add-ons or prices. It was very refreshing to feel like we didn't need to be on the defense. It was worth the drive and suffering the Seattle traffic for the no hassle purchase. All of the staff including Camille Kim with the financial department did everything possible to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. We absolutely love our Previously owned 2025 Honda Pilot and Honda of Bellingham. Their shuttle service made our transportation a breeze after our rental car drop off. I recommend this dealership and Michelle as your next salesperson!

I sold Northwest Autohub my truck. - p78amenson

I sold Northwest Autohub my truck. I worked with Pavell and Geoff. There was give and take in negotiation, but none of that disappear-and-leave-them-wondering tactics common in car dealerships. I was treated with respect, clarity and courtesy. The entire demeanor of the dealership is relaxed and professional. No drama. No head games. I highly recommend then for either buying or selling a vehicle.

I was thrilled with the service I received from the sales person to the finance guy who invited me back to go over all the electronics for my new vehicle. He gladly spent over a half an hour going over everything I needed to know. I had a small problem with the running boards and they agreed to have me bring it back for a free repair, which I haven't done yet but I expect equally great service.

Sales experience here was great. - Rick

Sales experience here was great. Friendly, low pressure. Bought a used Sonic here. After i brought it home it threw engine codes. When I called the owner, Justin was very friendly and accommodating and asked to check the car to make it right. Ended up Low replaced an expensive part which was failing. A very stand-up move I thought. High integrity place.
