Spent time looking for vehicles online, and found one that we really liked for my wife. The one she picked out was one that was in process of being approved for a loan, and ultimately didn’t end up getti that we really liked for my wife. The one she picked out was one that was in process of being approved for a loan, and ultimately didn’t end up getting that one as we didn’t move fast enough. Anthony in turn, assisted in getting a new vehicle of choice. We had 2 criteria, had to be a vehicle with 3rd row seating and have as little mileage as possible. He did a great job of showing us different trims of Explorers (what my wife preferred after test driving). ultimately she preferred the limited trim (more features and navigation was a must). We ended up finding a 2020 Ford Explorer Hybrid Limited, that seemed to fit the bill. They were excellent with trying to find us the lowest rate possible for an auto loan. Overall I was satisfied with their performance, as the bank is what delayed us a few days as they had some things to verify on their end. The vehicle has a part that needs replaced on the sun roof, and we have that included in the deal to have that replaced/fixed once the part arrives. Anthony was great, personable, and responsive with questions, and was honest about what he felt. More
