I had to call after 6 1/2 hours to get a oil change and tire rotation, Service was completed after 7 1/2 hours. Check engine light came on with a code of PO128 Thermostat error. I needed a new thermostat. Made an appointment for one week later. Put the code in the notes. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hou Thermostat error. I needed a new thermostat. Made an appointment for one week later. Put the code in the notes. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours - 3 hours to complete the service. Arrived at 8:30, chose to wait in the lounge. At 11:30 (3 hours later), service employee came to the lounge to inform me I needed a thermostat. I informed him that I already knew that and that was the reason I was there. It took Klaben 3 hours to inform me I needed a thermostat. It took me less than 5 minutes to find the same information. He then told me that Klaben did not have one and would have to find one off site. Car was ready at 3:00. The service employees were polite, that was the ONLY positive experience at Klaben. More

I arrived early for my appointment was prepared for long story they asked if I wanted to stay in the car or exit to the waiting room. While I was waiting they asked if they could wash my truck which I accep story they asked if I wanted to stay in the car or exit to the waiting room.
