Customer orriented Felt they valued their customers and wanted the experience to feel rewarding afterwards. Amazing service!! My wife and I just purchased a car this week at KIA in Ricart. We went in wanting to buy a car but willing to wait to get a great deal. Jim helped my My wife and I just purchased a car this week at KIA in Ricart. We went in wanting to buy a car but willing to wait to get a great deal. Jim helped my wife figure out what car she wanted including color and upgrades. He was great, letting us drive multiple cars and figuring out what worked for our budget but also making sure we got what we wanted. He was helpful through the entire process and cared that we were well taken care of. Amazing place to go shopping with no high pressure tactics. THANKS!! More
