With that said, you are correct with your observation of the COVID-19 protocols; it appears our team has become somewhat complacent with them. We do apologize and will discuss this with the entire team and make sure everyone understands the importance of why the guidelines are put in place. Aaron was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, and he didn't pretend to know something and feed me false information, he went and found out. I will without a doubt buy from him again and if I know anyone buying a car I would have them go to him. Todd was great as well, never pressured me into anything extra I didn't want and was very informative when it came to questions and didn't rush me through any of the processes and made sure I understood what I was signing. Overall a fantastic experience and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. More
