Took my 2023 Lexus RX 350 for a service at Lexus North Miami a few days ago, and left with a new lease plan for a 2025 model with the same spec. I started our car search many months ago, went MIA, came back and all that time Erez has been a constant professional. Quickly responding to all of my questions/concerns. Most importantly for me, I didn back and all that time Erez has been a constant professional. Quickly responding to all of my questions/concerns. Most importantly for me, I didn't have to followup with him on outstanding issues. He did what he said he would do. I didn't have to ask him to do something again, fix mistakes, etc I didn't have to remind him he promised XYZ. Again, constant professional. Excellent salesperson and customer service.
