Just purchased a Macan Turbo…from the moment we arrived at Porsche of Riverside, we were greeted by the most Amazing Porsche Ambassador; his name is JOHN BEECH. We test drove a couple of options. Even tho at Porsche of Riverside, we were greeted by the most Amazing Porsche Ambassador; his name is JOHN BEECH. We test drove a couple of options. Even though it was past their business hours, John made sure that we NEVER felt rushed. As a matter of fact, we felt welcomed. John’s professionalism was First Class. He answered all of our questions. Once we decided on the Macan Turbo, John, Edward and Adam made the entire purchase experience EXCELLENT. We can guarantee that we’ll be back fit our next purchase: Targa 4 GTS. In addition, we will refer our family and friends without any hesitation. At the end of the purchase, Alexis spent all the time we needed to learn everything about our new car. Gone are the days of spending a whole day at the car dealership making a purchase! Haggling over price, getting a bunch nonsense thrown at you in finance are all a thing of the past. 1. We saw the SUV dealership making a purchase! Haggling over price, getting a bunch nonsense thrown at you in finance are all a thing of the past. 1. We saw the SUV we wanted on the Riverside Porsche website. 2. Turned in credit and trade information at 11:30 pm on a Thursday via tablet. 3. Was contacted Friday before 10 am by John Beech in regards to when we would be in to take delivery of our new vehicle. 4. Scheduled with John for the next day at 12 noon. 5. Showed up, shook hands with John and went directly into finance. 6. Adam Avalos in finance was very straightforward, clear and focused. 7. John walked us out, did a thorough walk around with Q&A and that's it! 8. We drove off into the sunset and lived happily ever after! Conclusion: 20 mins on the tablet. 30 mins at the dealer. Please do the following, have Ed Finley desk your deal, have John Beech rep your deal, and have Adam Avalos ink your deal. YOUR DONE! More

My review pertains specifically to the procedures of the dealership and my factual experience, rather than any particular individual as all employees I dealt with seemed nice and friendly. A little over ago a month I purchased my first pre-owned Porsche. Coming from a happy Mercedes CPO customer of many years, I must say I was quite disappointed at the purchasing and certification process by Porsche. During negotiation I saw that they included the price of a LoJack that was not in the advertisement posting or that I had asked for. I asked them to take it off and they said they could not do that and that they installed it in all of their vehicles. Effectively, this makes all of the dealership’s cars cost $2,000 more than their listed price which would seem to border on false advertisement. They literally even charge me for the key at this dealership! During the signing of the paperwork, I asked for the CPO warranty documentation. Surprisingly, I was told Porsche “doesn’t do that anymore” and that I would receive a packet in the mail. Not only did I never receive such documents, but it is interesting that the dealership would give customer information on warranty AFTER you sign the paperwork. On my drive home from the dealership, a low oil level light came on and the PCM system kept freezing and rebooting itself. One would think that of all things, the oil level would be one of the most important items to be checked. I was told I had to wait a few days to bring the car back to the dealership so they could provide me with a loaner. In the meantime prior to bringing the car back, I noticed the charging cable and windshield wiper were torn, and parts of the trim were broken and loose. Upon arriving at the dealership for my appointment days later, the oil was topped off and I was told they ordered a new PCM system, and that they would contact me again in a couple of weeks. I am not sure what was the point of waiting days for a loaner if they did not provide me with one. So I basically drove a car I had just purchased, with no functioning navigation or sound system for three weeks. I understand that cars break, but if a customer literally has a vehicle they just purchased malfunction on their drive home from the dealership, I don’t care if you have to pull a brand new car off the lot and provide them with that as a loaner while you fix the car that supposedly went through a rigorous certification process. Three weeks went by and since I never heard from the dealership I took it upon myself to reach out to them back. To my surprise I was informed the part had already arrived but nobody bothered to let me know. In addition, I am only getting 5-7 miles with a fully charged Panamera Hybrid battery despite being told I could get 15-20 miles when purchasing the vehicle. Identical comments can be found elsewhere on other reviews online. It makes me wonder whether there is something wrong with the car’s battery health. The service department told me this is normal, but if I am getting 36% lower than the MINIMUM reported range, while driving very non-aggressively and not using any AC, then one would seem to consider this is as not normal. All of this makes me question Porsche's certification process and the overall safety of the car. Finally, when purchasing the vehicle I was told to rest assured that the hybrid battery is covered and that it had a ten-year warranty. At the service department I was told it was an eight-year warranty. When I called a service department later to clarify which one was the correct information, to my shock I was told there was no warranty on the hybrid battery! So arguably one of the most expensive parts on a vehicle to replace, and a piece of information which was a determining factor in my purchase went from having a warranty of ten years, to eight years, to no warranty! Ironically, while my questions remained unanswered, I was receiving emails asking to rate the dealership. I suggest taking a look at the negative comments found on reviews online, in particular regarding their CPO vehicles. More

This dealership is always helpful and attentive. From front desk, service department, the runner helpers, sales department to finance. Can't say enough. Rob Owen helped me with the purchase of my third front desk, service department, the runner helpers, sales department to finance. Can't say enough. Rob Owen helped me with the purchase of my third Porsche over the years and was kind, informative and extremely patient. I didn't really want to turn in my other one and he was very patient in letting me test drive more than one model and answering questions till I found what I was comfortable in. Could not be happier and can't wait for the future for the next one. More

I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism here, and I was not pressured or pushed in any way. I greatly enjoyed the team I worked with from the initial appointment set-up, to the financing de here, and I was not pressured or pushed in any way. I greatly enjoyed the team I worked with from the initial appointment set-up, to the financing details, and also the service crew when I came back a week later for my 2nd key. They even welcomed my fur-baby when I came back! Special shout out to Taylor Ferguson who made it a special moment getting my first Porsche, especially after such a challenging year. This was my gift to myself, and he made it that more exciting. I am definitely a customer for life! More
