Ali was extremely helpful and friendly, the financing department has great associates who don't pressure the add-ons, and everyone that I interacted with was eager to serve without being pushy. What put it over the top was some great followup on an issue by Adam, the GSM. The car was missing a hubcap that had not been replaced when I took delivery. I didn't notice it was still missing until I got home. I brought it to the dealership's attention, and Adam reached out to ensure I was taken care of. He ordered four new caps (rather than just one to match the other three) and one of the service associates drove down to Burlington to install them in my work's parking lot. Everyone at this dealership has been great, and I recommend them highly. More

Broken Vehicle When you buy a used vehicle from a dealership you should have the peace of mind that the vehicle you buy is as advertised and in working order. This is clearly not the case when working with Handy Downtown. I was sold an 08’ Tundra that was simply put, broken. I regrettably did not check the 4WD when test driving. The first time I needed it I switched it into 4WD and it would not turn over. I was sold a vehicle with a broken Actuator which Handy said was not covered under their 30 day extended warranty nor the 36,000 mile warranty I purchased with the vehicle. After negotiating back and forth they covered the cost of the part but stuck me, the consumer, with the labor bill. Labor that should have been done long before this vehicle ever went on a certified dealership’s lot. A part that should have easily been caught during a proper inspection. Case in point, Handy Downtown did not own up to it’s failure as a reputable used car dealership and I, nor anyone I speak to in the future, will be working with Handy Toyota in St. Albans, VT again. OWN IT! More
