Leasing Another Toyota Had a 2014 Toyota Venza Lease which had 37K miles on it (and 8k more allowed before turn-in). Since the end of term date on the lease was 4 weeks away Had a 2014 Toyota Venza Lease which had 37K miles on it (and 8k more allowed before turn-in). Since the end of term date on the lease was 4 weeks away, I began shopping on -line for a new lease. After picking a model (RAV4) and checking on costs (such as document prep.fees , dealer proximity for servicing, vehicle prep. and delivery fees, reviews for their service depts., and salesman reviews,) I selected Handy Toyota. My experience was that all parties involved in the transaction were extremely well trained by the dealership for the various roles they play (as part of the Handy Team). To name a few, Adam did the appraisal of my 5yr.old Venza, and the dealer bought it from Toyota Financial Services. Jacob Smith worked with me (on leasing my new 2019 RAV 4) and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and how to access all this years` new features. He spent a great deal of time showing me each of them before we went out to road test the vehicle. In the meantime, Reggie Howard got the paperwork ready for financing the new lease. Everyone involved worked well together as a team. Both Jacob and Reggie are extremely patient and work well with people. Hey guys, we may get to do this all over again in 2020.The lady in my life likes the looks/ features of the 2020 Corolla ,but wants to buy hers, so we will have to wait until next year to negotiate again.... Ali was extremely helpful and friendly, the financing department has great associates who don't pressure the add-ons, and everyone that I interacted with was eager to serve without being pushy. What put it over the top was some great followup on an issue by Adam, the GSM. The car was missing a hubcap that had not been replaced when I took delivery. I didn't notice it was still missing until I got home. I brought it to the dealership's attention, and Adam reached out to ensure I was taken care of. He ordered four new caps (rather than just one to match the other three) and one of the service associates drove down to Burlington to install them in my work's parking lot. Everyone at this dealership has been great, and I recommend them highly. More
