They were able to get me this new 2018 4-Runner with no hassles and within a couple of hours. It totally amazed me. I didn't go there for a new vehicle but it totally made sense and am so happy with Leandro's assistance and the support and caring from Adam Luneau!!! Thank You, Reg processed the paperwork very quickly and was great about explaining everything along the way. I will continue to purchase future vehicles from them and will also share my experience with family and friends. More

Truck is great.....Service and follow up is deplorable. Bought a brand new Tundra with plow and tonneau cover in May. Had to wait for tonneau cover and plow because they had to be ordered. When they came i Bought a brand new Tundra with plow and tonneau cover in May. Had to wait for tonneau cover and plow because they had to be ordered. When they came in , brought the truck to them for install had to leave overnight. Returned next day tonneau cover installed incorrectly and drain hoses never put on. Needed truck the next few days so could not leave it. Handy came out to our house about a week later picked up the truck, left us a loaner and brought it back to the shop to correct the issues. Brought it back later that day, still not installed correctly, and drain hoses on back seat. When my husband called to speak to service manager his explanation for the hoses was no one put it on the service order. Spoke to the GM on the phone before the holiday and he assured me it would be corrected. Told me someone would be out to get the truck as before on Friday the 6th. No one came. Chatted on site with Rick trying to find out why they had not come. He took name and phone number and assured me the service manager would call right back. That was a week ago and we have heard from no one at Handy Toyota. I assume from all this that the sale is the important part and service is way down on the list of their priorities. I would like to add that my son , who purchased there also, recently had his tires rotated, and service gave him back his vehicle without tightening the lug nuts fully, which could have been disastrous. Luckily he could hear that something was wrong the next day and had them properly tightened locally. More
