Washed my recently purchased (one week ago) 2018 “New“ 4Runner today for the first time and Never will I ever buy a vehicle from Handy Toyota again!!! Washed my recently purchased (one week ago) 2018 “New“ 4Runner today for the first time and found some surprising damage that was NEVER disclosed to me!!! Clearly something was transported in my vehicle and pulled out across the back bumper causing damage!! First time I opened the hatch and this is what we find?????? We test drove a different 4Runner and never did a walk around because it was pouring rain out. You would think you could trust a dealership with a brand new vehicle but clearly I was wrong! Buyer beware Handy Toyota doesn’t care about their customers only the $$$$ please get the word out!!!! More

They were able to get me this new 2018 4-Runner with no hassles and within a couple of hours. It totally amazed me. I didn't go there for a new vehicle but it totally made sense and am so happy with Leandro's assistance and the support and caring from Adam Luneau!!! Thank You, Reg processed the paperwork very quickly and was great about explaining everything along the way.
