Matt Rizzo truly took the time and attention to ensure the needs of our family were met both in 2017 and 2024. He was patient, attentive, and made our car buying experience positive and stress free. He was available for all of our questions throughout the process and never made us seem like we were a bother. What I liked most is that he treated us with respect as buyers. He worked with us in 2017 when our credit score wasn’t the best. He did not embarrass us or turn us away and was actually able to get us in our desired family vehicle, the Honda Pilot! It was no surprise that in 2024 he again greeted us with kindness and attention when we we gladly returned to him to purchase the Honda Odyssey as our family had grown. And although our credit had greatly improved, he along with Kris Hutton still treated us with respect and worked to get us the best rate possible for our financing and to adequately value our trade in vehicle. Matt Rizzo and Adam Quested, did not rush our family to reach a decision and personally showed us different vehicles to ensure our family made a well informed decision when purchasing our vehicle.
