Personal touch I recently totaled my vehicle and had to find a used car as soon as possible. I looked at dozens of dealerships via their websites and based on those findings, I visited 3 of them. I had narrowed my search down to two vehicles at Currie that I was "ok" with getting but I can't say that either of them really satisfied me. I figured that I would settle. However, Jack Vogel had listened to my wants and was able to surprise me with a vehicle that I hadn't even seen on the website or in the lot when I did an independent walk through. That vehicle met all of my needs. I am so grateful for the fact that Jack actually listened to me and researched his used cars to find me the one vehicle that was truly "me". I was also very pleased with the no pressure attitude that Jack provided to me. He understood that I needed to do this purchase at my own speed and not to rush me--it took me over a week to make a sale. I had brief encounters with Adam and Joe when dealing with pricing and financing. Adam gave me a good deal and Joe was able to find a great rate for my used car loan. Shopping at Currie was a great experience! I highly recommend Jack as a salesman!! More

Yet another incredible experience with the Currie Family For the fourth time in three years and the second time in only 6 weeks, Currie did it again! My wife has a 2013 Ford Explorer from Currie that she ab For the fourth time in three years and the second time in only 6 weeks, Currie did it again! My wife has a 2013 Ford Explorer from Currie that she absolutely LOVES - as in, she will probably never drive another car again. (And for someone who is NOT at all into cars, that is saying a lot) We were not necessarily in the market for a new car but were looking to see if we could drop our payment a bit (we had traded in a year old minivan when we got the Explore and took a huge bath on the trade) so when I took it in for service yesterday, I talked to Adam Sheban whom I had dealt with on my purchase of a 2015 Edge a few weeks earlier. My prior salesman, Dred Arrington was not in, so Adam had me talk to Pete Porzio - the guy who sold Jimmy Fallon his F150 truck on the Tonight Show :). I explained our situation and was clear that we were only interested in LOWERING our payment and if that was not possible then, we'd just keep the Explorer. (It has been an incredible car as far as durability and quality - it had 50,000 miles in just under three years and needed nothing more than oil changes in that time) Pete took the time to listen and felt pretty sure he could do it, but there was no pressure. He ran some preliminary numbers with Adam and came back with a potential option, It was a 2016 Explorer with MORE options than what we had on our 2013 including the GORGEOUS panoramic roof. I am not an easy customer and my wife is even tougher to please. When it was all said and done we had a NEW car with MORE options and a payment $100 lower than on the 2013. The key was the special Ford financing promo but regardless, Adam Sheban, Pete Porzio, Dred Arrington (who came in later that morning) and Joe Easterhouse got it done again! It sounds cliche but these guys really do treat us like family. Sure, buying four cars there in three years doesn't hurt but I also pay attention to the other sales going on and they treat everyone with courtesy, professionalism and respect. There is no "hard sell" and a lot less of the back and forth that you see at other dealers trying to haggle price. We drive from Orland Park to Frankfort - a little out of the way when we have a Ford Dealer less than a mile away but these guys are worth the drive! More

I recently took my Escape My wife and I purchased two vehicles back in 2013 from Currie and they were simply amazing - the cars and the sales team!. I recently took my Escape in for service and was told they were interested in it as a trade due to the condition and very low mileage. I know this is a typical sales technique at a lot of dealerships but given my previous dealings with the guys there, I decided I'd take a look at the new Edge since I was looking something a little roomier. I will be the first to say I am not the easiest to please. I looked at several different colors and models with various options before finally making a decision. In that process they wanted me to be 100% certain I was getting what I wanted and even let me take the car home for a bit to make sure it met my needs. Dred Arrington, Adam Sheban and Ken Gohmann were patient, professional and worked some magic to get me the car I wanted within my budget with a lease that will allow me to upgrade in 3 years. Bottom line - My wife and I LOVE the Ford lineup and I've tried other dealers in the area. We live in Orland and drove the extra miles to deal with the Currie Motors team because of the professionalism, courtesy and the service. I am pretty certain that we got the best deal possible, but honestly, even if we paid a little more, it was worth it because of the treatment we received - we truly feel like we're part of the Currie Family and as long as we're in the area we'll continue to go back! More
