My wife brought her 2006 Pontiac vibe into the dealership for service. Adam, the service advisor spoke with her and explained that one of the struts was leaking and needed to be replaced. All four struts rep for service. Adam, the service advisor spoke with her and explained that one of the struts was leaking and needed to be replaced. All four struts replaced on 19 May in 2020. When we asked him about a warranty he said there was none. 12 months and that was it. I feel that the dealer supplied part was not up to par. Be that as it may Adam quarter of the price of about $900 to replace the one bad leaking strut. Looking at my receipt and report from 519 2020 the total cost of parts and labor to replace all four struts was $1235.15 But today Adam is quoting 2/3 of that to replace one strut. I feel that there is something wrong here. I have purchased four Toyotas from Sierra Toyota and have been a loyal customer for my maintenance on them. I called and left a message for Adam earlier this afternoon on his voicemail and he did not return my call. If this is the new level of service that sierra Toyota Is providing then I will go elsewhere. More

Took my truck in for diagnostic bc gas gauge stopped working. The problem was found, replacement part ordered & I was called the very next morning. Dropped off my truck @ 1:00 and @ 2:17 it was ready fo working. The problem was found, replacement part ordered & I was called the very next morning. Dropped off my truck @ 1:00 and @ 2:17 it was ready for me!! These guys are very kind, respectful and efficient!! I’ve had no bad experiences with this dealership! Awesome 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼!!
