The process of the choosing and financing was very good, my salesman was great, everything went smooth until, the prep of the vehicle, It took 3+ hours to deliver vehicle to me while I waited. Things are poorly explained. I signed up for a central Florida family plan and they told me that there would be several stores in my city to take the car to wash, change the oil I signed up for a central Florida family plan and they told me that there would be several stores in my city to take the car to wash, change the oil and do other services, but they don't give enough information. My car that I bought was supposed to have left the store with an identification sticker so that I could have access to these stores and they didn't even make the effort to put the sticker on and tell me where I can find these supposed stores.
