We would have rated much more highly, but we asked for a body part on our FJ Cruiser (the corner of the hood trim near the windshield at the drivers’ side) be fixed. It was put back on with only one of five body part on our FJ Cruiser (the corner of the hood trim near the windshield at the drivers’ side) be fixed. It was put back on with only one of five fasteners required so it could fall off on the road again. We had to search through grass on the side of the road to find it when it fell off the first time. That just seems uncaring. More

Very disappointed. Left my car for few hours to replace brakes, change oil and inspection. I ask if I can rent a car, I got a voucher for rent but no body asked me what Left my car for few hours to replace brakes, change oil and inspection. I ask if I can rent a car, I got a voucher for rent but no body asked me what car I wanted, I just got what they gave me Toyota highlander. I didt know they will charge $200 for few hours. We are customers in Handy for more than 30 years and I’m very disappointed. Going to complain about this incident. More

I like the fact that I can access the need for itemized repairs and their costs with no pressure from the service personal. Everything is right upfront and it's a quick "yes" or "no" for each repair.
