I can't rate Jorge Ramirez as I did not work with Jorge. Alan sold me my car and he was great to work with. Very chill and no pressure. Easiest test drive ever. Crest Volvo was fine but had 2 issues. The sales desk for Alan was out in the open and thus we were blinded by sunlight and also the computers had issues that slowed down the purchasing process. More

Great attention and reception. Manager was very communicative during the period it took to repair the car. However, there were 3 items which I would suggest improving. 1- have the Manager was very communicative during the period it took to repair the car. However, there were 3 items which I would suggest improving. 1- have the tech do a check before returning the car. The AC was reset and didn’t work until I ask the manager about it. Also a tool was left in the Motor close to rotating parts… just found it and I guess I was lucky that didn’t damage anything. 2- I asked for checking both wheel alignment and balance because the car vibrates after 85-90 mph. They said they checked but didn’t find any issues… yet still doing it. 3- car wasn’t washed or vacuum after. Other than those 3 items, service was good. Thanks! More

Felt a better discount on extended warranty should have given. Negotiated but felt it should have been the 100k mileage warranty for the 75k amount. I purchased 3 of your extended items and felt Finance wa given. Negotiated but felt it should have been the 100k mileage warranty for the 75k amount.
