I am a bit frustrated with this appointment because I told the intake person that it was the left rear tire which had a screw in it. I was there for two hours while the mechanics had been told by the I t told the intake person that it was the left rear tire which had a screw in it. So they had to test all the tires and eventually realized it was the left rear. So they had to move the tire from the left front to the left rear to make the service correspond to the authorization from Car Doc. It was really frustrating. I kept asking what was taking so long but the rep said it was a “miscommunication “. It was a failure to hear. People are nice, wait room comfortable. But it should not have take. Two hours to replace a tire. Mr Poon should have listened more carefully More
