In addition, when I had may car scheduled for catalyic converter etching, I give 4 star to the technician. I didn't expect to be done on the same day I drop off the car. Alan was my technician for routine maintenance on my 2019 Forester. He was fantastic. I did not make a "Rapid turn around" appointment (forgot what it is actually called) and needed oil change, tires rotat Forester. He was fantastic.
