This place has unacceptable business practices. Every 2-3 weeks, I'm getting red fagged messages to schedule a repair of recalled part on my Subaru Outback starting November 2021. I called many times to put my car on their schedule without any success. There is only one person to do that and amazingly she is either out of the office or on the phone or unavailable for 4 months. Today I was told that they don't have necessary parts for the nearest future. I was also told to call them if my car is shaking violently or driving uncontrollably. Will I be able to call them before the crash? More

They are upfront with the pricing and work with the customer. Our experience with routine service has been excellent. This will be our "go-to" dealership whenever we decide to purchase cars in the future. We will avoid the other dealerships which we visited on Rivers Road. Above and Beyond I had extensive repair work done on by Subaru both mechanical and body work. They even came and go my car from my house to fix some loose wheel bearings so that I did not have to drive the car back to the dealership.
