I have tried to get my car fixed on multiple occasions, and it was returned to me in poor condition with the same problems present. I can understand the first and second maybe a third time for a difficult and it was returned to me in poor condition with the same problems present. I can understand the first and second maybe a third time for a difficult problem, but my experience was less than satisfactory. Communication regarding the status of my car Would be more than a week between updates and this is hard to understand. When I receive my car, it appeared to still be dismantled. The windshield had oil where the mechanic worked in its vicinity and trash was left in the backseat. Multiple screws were left missing in the engine compartment, hood latch not properly secured and this was not addressed after Making it apparent. There is much to improve on at Big Star. More

The arrival and the attention to details was great customer service. I purchased my 2024 GMC Denali from Big Star GMC in Baytown and they could learn something from your their customer service. I moved here from Chicago and Big Star was the first place I took my car for service. They were professional and friendly and I quickly became loyal to them. I had transmission problems and I took it place I took my car for service. They were professional and friendly and I quickly became loyal to them. I had transmission problems and I took it in. Albert Ramirez took time to make sure that my warranty covered the repair and ensured that I had a ride back to work. He called me that day to inform me that the parts were backordered and that he had a loaner for me. I won't take my car to no one else. More
