I am incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and treatment we received at the dealership from both the salesperson Taylor Hill and manager Albert Rodriguez. Despite our expectations of p service and treatment we received at the dealership from both the salesperson Taylor Hill and manager Albert Rodriguez. Despite our expectations of professionalism and courtesy, our experience was tarnished by incompetence and a lack of respect. The salesperson proved unhelpful, failing to answer any of our questions and creating discomfort throughout the process. Furthermore, the manager displayed dismissiveness towards our concerns and questions, exhibiting rudeness and aggression instead of addressing our issues promptly. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable, leaving us frustrated and disheartened. It is imperative for the dealership to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for all their clients. More

They lie and are untrustworthy. ...said they would add floor mats in my deal and than said no last minute and were rude about it after they specifically said they would add them than ...said they would add floor mats in my deal and than said no last minute and were rude about it after they specifically said they would add them than made me pay for them and i still havnt recieved them. The sells guy was touchy and put his hand on my leg and kept making me uncomfortable. Not all of the workers did this just one so be careful who buy a car from. More
