I went in for an airbag recall, and the people at the desk were great, and I was appreciative that they didn't bill us for the repair. However when I saw that the SRS light was still on after the repair, desk were great, and I was appreciative that they didn't bill us for the repair. However when I saw that the SRS light was still on after the repair, I called and inquired about it, and the woman said that any further diagnostic work would be hundred of dollars. To not take the 20 seconds required to pull a code on a system you just serviced, even if only just to put on the customer's repair order, is ridiculous, and regrettably undid whatever goodwill was gained by my otherwise positive experience. More
