I have been going here for years since I bought my pilot six years ago. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Good service for the most part. Some of the new techs don't seem to get all the training they need. The service reps are great. I can't afford a new car. Wish I could. I went in for an airbag recall, and the people at the desk were great, and I was appreciative that they didn't bill us for the repair. However when I saw that the SRS light was still on after the repair, desk were great, and I was appreciative that they didn't bill us for the repair. However when I saw that the SRS light was still on after the repair, I called and inquired about it, and the woman said that any further diagnostic work would be hundred of dollars. To not take the 20 seconds required to pull a code on a system you just serviced, even if only just to put on the customer's repair order, is ridiculous, and regrettably undid whatever goodwill was gained by my otherwise positive experience. More
